  I would strongly advise against hiring this company. They overpromise, underdeliver, and once theyve received the final payment, good luck getting anyone to return your calls. We initially chose them because of their so-called 10-year warranty, but unfortunately, they do not stand behind it at all. We've made multiple attempts to contact them about ongoing issues, and even when we do manage to reach someone, they never follow through or send anyone out to resolve the problem. Were now dealing with rodents in the attic againexactly what they were hired to prevent. This company does not honor their commitments and has been a major disappointment. It feels like just another scammy construction business that takes advantage of homeowners and disappears when theres a problem.

  We went with Attic Projects to clean our attic and put new insulation in. ****** and ***** came on day 2 to sanitize, put in the new insulation and do the rodent proofing. ****** took the time to walk around the house with me and point out potential problem areas. He was very knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I would highly recommend this company!Update: *** came over today to do some follow-up duct work and he was awesome as well! He had great communication with ** leading up to the appointment, did the work in an efficient manner and was very courteous.Thank you Attic Projects! This has been a positive experience for **!

  This team of professionals ***************************, crew members ******, ****** and **** have a wealth of knowledge and were very courteous. They set up both attics in under 30 minutes to be worked on. I had a variety of tasks to be performed and these gentlemen worked effortlessly to accomplish it in a timely manner. They removed the old insulation (cellulose), all ******************* and rodent proofed both of my attics (**** Sqft). They also sanitized, and air sealed the attics for maximum protection against rodents. I had the blow-in insulation (R-38) which was an excellent choice. I would highly suggest getting the radiant barrier installed as it has a significant impact on the cooling of the house. I have to admit I was impressed with the difference it makes as I did not have it before. Couldnt have asked for a better crew and what a great company. I would highly recommend Attic Projects and you cant beat their 10 Year Warranty. Thank You for all your hard work and dedication you put into our home.

  Use this company if you want to pay more than double for the project. The 'project manager' lied about issues in the attic and embellished issues in the crawl space, used scare tactics and high pressure sales tactics to try and get me to accept an outrageously high estimate. This sales person also was disrespectful of my time when I stated I had a work call in ***************************************************************************** be able to finish reviewing before that call time. This guy just kept lying and arguing false claims of leaks and effort that did not need to be done, for example he said the LED lights (they don't access the attic) needed to be "sealed". If these were can lights I might have bought it. When I called him out on the lights he said "Oh, we don't charge for that anyway so..." Then why did you mention it as part of the reason for the high cost? He also included costs to replace all of the insulation in the crawlspace and made false claims of the rodent issue being much, much worse then it actually was. I have since had 2 other estimates and both came in around the same price which were less than half the cost of the estimate these guys provided. If you have money to burn, then indeed go for it, these are your guys. If I could leave a review with zero stars I would, they deserve it.

  Day 1 of my 2 day attic cleaning and insulation project is complete. The service team has been very professional and polite. I've never had an attic as clean as ours is right now. Great work! I can't wait to see the finished project tomorrow and reap the benefits of having a well insulated attic, just in time for the warm summer months! Thank you Attic Projects for taking good care of my home!
