    The technician was wonderful. He called when he was on his way. Arrived when he said he would. Was able to fix the door handle with no problem at all. Efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. My only suggestion is that the person I talked to on the phone regarding should be up front about the cost. $35 plus whatever the cost of the new handle might have been would have been good to know ahead of time.

    Ordered two doors via **************.Expectation was for delivery in 6-8 weeks.Wrong or damaged door panels were delivered multiple times.Final install was almost 12-months later.The final doors didnt match each other, but we were so frustrated by that point that we didnt request a fix or re-order.Overall experience was terrible.
