    I have bought from this store for a few years, and this will be the last time. I had a project that I ordered several 2-holed beads for and quite a few were unusable due to closed holes. I am tired of vendors who lack quality control. Maybe it's time for them to retire or get new careers.

    **************** is non existent here. I ordered $42.79 of items on 7/22/2023. I ordered 2 pairs of earrings and was charged for 2 pairs, but they only sent 1 earring each not 2 pairs. I returned incorrect amount they sent. They did not refund the correct amount of $8.07, but only a partial refund of $4.95. I will never order from here again because they charge you for items never sent and do not refund you the correct full amount.
