      Dubbed by a young man on a Segway who enter our 55 and older community , (past the no soliciting sign), hence why he left his work van outside our entrance.WE had one spray service, and realized this is a monthly fee, not quarterly. Getting out of their contract cost us $415.01! SCAMMED!

      Well, I only wish that I would have checked the BBB before I signed up with company!Offer of a discounted first service fee sounded to good to be true. The monthly payment of $59/month sounded reasonable for a monthly service fee, the problem surfaced when the ants kept on coming. Then, you find out that the company only services your house every quarter!!! You can call and they will send out a service tech for re-treatment. I was wondering what the tech was spraying all over the house, sugar water? The any problem didn't go away after 2 treatments and I didn't think anymore treatments would be helpful.I canceled my service, and will go with a reputable company for my pest solutions!

      2020-2021 were dry drought like conditions and we had an infestation of ants, supported in a nest near the home washed out after the first heavy rainfall. The Service Tech (*****) provided a courtesy inspection and reviewed whole house entry points and areas of infiltration by the ants. Follow-up outside of quarterly service was at no charge and included placing non-toxic organic bait stations. The infestation subsided and ceased very quickly.Not all Service Techs. are created equal, and we are fortunate to have found a seasoned pro in *****, who is interested and engaged in providing educated solutions that are organic and sustainable options. I like the fact that the Techs, are supported by their organization to independently customize solutions for their client, based on their expertise and experience.As importantly, one who listens, adds value to the service.
