  I am so happy to have found such a great company! I have a rare medical condition, and I wear a size 13 Men. Immediately after I placed my order, the next day, I received a call and an email addressing the notes I added to my order and giving me suggestions. They shipped them quickly and understood the importance of the shoes because I had a college graduation. Thank you so much to them and their team! I appreciate them so much!

  I am really impressed with FantasiaWear, they notified us that they did not have a product that we ordered, to me that makes a really big impression. They even told us what was going on, an helped for us to get a product to match or come close to what we needed, in fact the one we were looking at was a little higher heel then what we needed for the look we wanted, great company for shoes, an hosiery, costumer service is real great and very helpful. Keep up the great work, I will be referring you to others, an we will be shopping with FantasiaWear again

  I got some shoes from them. The shoes match the description on their website and are what I was looking for. They wound up being a size too big for me, but the return/exchange process was pretty simply and easy. **************** was excellent and very friendly.

  Incredible customer service! Angus reached out to me personally to let me know that a recent order was temporarily put on hold at no fault of the companys. There are occasionally supply chain issues businesses and factories still face because of the ***** pandemic aftermath, and businesses like FantasiaWear are sometimes subject to that from time to time with out of stock items. But they are amazing at letting customers know, and keep us updated all along the way. I cant wait to purchase many items in the future! You have a loyal lifelong customer in me!

  So, full disclaimer. I'm in my thirties, and am a trans woman with size 16+ feet in women's shoes. I've bought two pairs of boots so far from FantasiaWear, a size 16 and 17, both fit and are comfortable. This is not the reason for the review. In this day and age, customer service is really hit or miss, and even as a hit it is impersonal and dehumanizing at times even.Not here though, when you call their customer support number you'll end up talking to Angus. He has been personable and thoughtful, but more than anything he actually talks to you. Gets your story to better understand the circumstances and offer support and solutions.I bought some new shoes. They didn't fit, such is the woes of my feet. I called and asked to exchange them, no problem, walked me through the process, got everything sorted out to return and exchange for size 16's. I had to pay shipping, there and back, but meager price for incredibly cute shoes. Sadly those specific ones just barely didn't fit, so I called and asked to return them for store credit (which lasts a lifetime). Not a problem (assuming because I was within the two week grace ******** Speaking of *****, his customer service is gracefully accomplished. I felt human and recognized for my specific struggles.I'm sending them back now but felt it important to say this clearly for anyone ********** long as you read the fine print and stay within working parameters for what they can do, they'll take really good care of you. That's super rare and a dying trait in modern businesses. Support the ones that take care of you.Thank you, Angus.Please please please consider pushing your manufacturer for larger sizes in other shoe lines, and expand your selection. I'll preferably be coming back for a long time, barring any real world issues that come about in the interim.

  FantasiaWear is FANTASTICO! The YWCA of Hawaii Island hosts an annual Walk A Mile In Her Shoes event and we have over a hundred men marching in women heels and it is extremely difficult finding heels in sizes 14 and up! Until we found FantansiWear who has been able to fulfill all our shoe needs for years. They have a wide selection of shoes in assorted styles, heights, and extra-large sizes, which I have not found anywhere else. They have a massive selection of outfits and accessories to pair with your shoes. Everything is of excellent quality, and we are very happy with their products. They are a one stop shop!
  
  I also want to give a huge shout out to the staff. They are professional, friendly, easy to work with and willing to go above and beyond in helping customers! Shipping anything to Hawaii is ridiculously expensive and the staff at FantasiaWear have done everything possible to help reduce the shipping cost, what companies offer customers that level of support . . . FantasiaWear DOES!
