  rude, not interested in customer service, internal s**** up, no responsibility ,I was sold solution that could not work on a failing water holding flat internal drain ,after a non speaking crew attempted to create a failed fitting for 3 hours in the rain ,and numerous texts, emails [ immediately] i was left without any promised follow up, " it costs money" was the response to come and actually see where the failure starts [ hard to photograph] is the response... end result? one strip left on the high roof [plus an apparently uninstalled strip that flew off during storm , The original sales person contact me by phone, wondering why he had to be involved , he got paid so ... 'Queen *** at the office, is a star at attack, rather than offer a solution $ 2800,00 later , One ill constructed strip in the wrong color on my garage roof . no attempt to remove it , no attempt to correct, only offer... to cancel the contract. no money back, no offer fix, no responsebility at all. As you can see in the response to the complaint below.. to start answering a complaint with HEY... says it all! Then the request to the client , to offer a name, to see for the company ,who to blame , no offer of solution to the client at all. watch out for this company, highly unprofessional .. smooth talking salesperson. and there it stops.

  I had an excellent experience with Leafless in Seattle. They gave me a quote that was a little pricey but after doing my research the only bad feedback I found was vague reviews about them not providing quotes to people out of their service area and people seemed more mad that they couldn't get the product than angry about things not working. This made me want it even more! I have had it for about a year and a half now and it works awesome!
