      Resident of 6+, years. There's been repeated issues w/ onsite & upper management, including, but not limited to:Having 4 different managers/3 changes; 2 of which were in recent months (no notice of the change given to residents for last 2).Complex is understaffed & improperly equipped to handle bigger equipment ********************** in timely manner (they oversee multiple other complexes for same company & should have a centrally located storage unit w/ extra equipment & parts since they don't have storage space on site). There's been repeated issues with lack of follow thru, including maintenance ********** the many different annual inspections/cleanings. Maintenance regularly doesnt come as scheduled/just don't show up. I'm currently at 2 weeks of waiting for some fixes of a few things that weren't properly put back after getting new flooring (which getting & going through was a very difficult & stressful situation). Things like lease renewals are often delayed (starting month of my yearly lease is 6 months later than it originally was due to delays getting new ones).They don't accept responsibility when they/their staff mess up. They correct the issue, but don't actually admit they screwed up or apologize (& make you put up a fight to get the correction).They don't seem to have any respect for the fact that this is someone's ************ residents like just a business exchange.There's been repeated issues w/ smoking, which is prohibited. They've done little to remedy/figure out the source & could definitely have been more pro active in figuring it out.Seem to go out their way to do the absolute minimum, including for disability accomodations that would cost them little (& are safety hazards for the person). They use very cheap items in the units, which often means they fail quicker (& often look cheap & tacky).They could definitely use some improvements & should probably change their slogans of do the right thing, get it done, and others centered.

      ****************! They tell us to email them or use the App that doesn't work to put in work orders and so I email them PLENTY of times! They setup a date and NEVER SHOW UP to fix anything! Waste my time I could have went and spent with my family. Just waited around ALL day for them even though they said 3pm this time. NO communication whatsoever that they weren't going to be here. My laundry area is flooding( repairs were done with that but after the plumber fixed everything it started Leaking again.) ******* disposal doesn't work (never has since we moved in the unit), Electricity switches barely work, There's black mold growing in our shower because of damages from before we moved in. Literally a hold in the wall from it, the ceiling is getting soft. Everything was marked "READY" and signed for Move in.. Im not sure how they came to that conclusion but that's what was laying on the counter the day we moved in. There was a fire at these apartments in July just after the 4th and they didnt help us get into another unit or anything until July 30th. I've been putting in Repair orders since day 2 after finding out about everything that was wrong with the place. I literally emailed her the same email and then some she replied to it and NOTHING. so I sent her the same email and she said " oh did you email me about it? YES you actually already replied. im just sick of you not doing ANYTHING with our apartments. She said that the Evergreen Residence Apartments were last on the maintenance guys list.. Of course we are.. She emailed me back JUST NOW saying check your camera's he was there knocking on your door no one answered but heard dogs barking.. YEAH HE WAS NOT THERE. I JUST CHECKED. LIARS DUDE. 0 STARS

      They are slum landlord that doesn't care for the senior citizens residents. Since taking over, the incompetent people has increased with their hiring of managers that are not qualified; except for our new managers ******** and *******.

      ****************** Apartments residents are not happy. Almost everyone I have met here has been promised something, as in their security deposit back, working dishwasher or stove, management that responds, a parking spot without being towed for over $900 but the company has fallen short over and over. Management has been switched over 4 times of the 2 times I have lived here, they have lost our lease and still have my name listed incorrectly. This is not a trustworthy, helpful, or reliable business. They are money hungry and their greed negatively effects peoples lives.
