    We had a good experience with the first portion of our fencing project and rehired ****** for a second job. ****** quoted one price, we made some adjustments due to change in fence line and a portion was to be wood versus chain link, and m never received any indication that there would be a price difference. 3 months later the new fence was completed and I was told (without an invoice) to pay over $3K more than what was agreed upon.Lack of customer service, unethical billing practices, and an overall disregard for customer satisfaction forces me to write this review and only rate this company 1 star - buyer beware.

    Well, the work was done for replacing my existing fence, but not good. ****** asked for 1/2 of the contract in early June 2022. He would never provide a start date, other than "when the wood is received":. After a few weeks, his excuse was that he was waiting for utility workers to mark the fence area, and they were over burdened and did not work overtime to get the work done. After a few weeks of this excuse, I checked with utility workers and learned that they were required by federal law to respond within 3 days to mark utilities. Once I told ****** this, he came out to spray paint my gardens by the fence line, I think to make it look like his excuses were tru. And then did not show up again for several weeks. Late August he took the majority of the fence down, exposing my yard to Coyotes looking to eat my dog and cat, plus my fish in my water feature. A 10-week nightmare for me, with frequent checks in my yard for prowlers and Coyotes. Again, many more phone calls and pleas for his help. The fence was done a few days ago, and is OK - but not stellar. He left multiple messes and did a terrible job on a divider that I asked him to help with-it looks like he was blind and just stapling lattice to a post. I have cleaned up the messes he left with my neighbors properties as well as my own. It is the rainy season, so I will need to wait at leat 2 months before I can stain and protect the fence. I so regret hiring this guy. He lies and avoids telling the truth. To date I have recorded 65 phone calls and texts to him asking for a status and for him to step up. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY - you will regret it.
