  Excellent service. As they are a mobile service it took a little time to locate a space in which to receive their service. Once acquired, they were very personable and friendly and yet very businesslike. The work progressed as planned and in accordance with the pre-established estimate. My 2002 rig is well on the way to looking brand new! It was professionally cleaned, deoxidized, and detailed! They also did a very nice job of repairing some roof damage acquired the night before. It is ready for the final steps in its restoration! Thank you gentlemen so much. Like I said, not exactly how I would have chosen to spend my birthday but it was well worth the time, effort, and money!

  I called Steve and told him I needed help getting my 42' 5th wheel back in shape. He came out same day to take a look and sent a crew 2 days later. They polished and waxed the whole thing! It looks beautiful now. Highly recommended. Will be using them again.

  I hired Clean Image on work on May 1, 2024 to fulfill their bid proposal at a cost of $2,700 and change. The bid consisted of Pro Wash ($485.00); Protection Pack ($285.00); Oxidation, Gel Coat Repair ($760.00); Lubricate slides ($45.00); Polymer Sealant ($880.00); Service Air Conditioners ($300) for a total cost of $2,755 and tax.They arrived promptly at 9:00 am and began working, continuing until approximately 7:00 pm. Once they were gone I started inspecting their work hoping to be duly impressed by their efforts. Unfortunately, I started noticing issues immediately; the cap to the door side water connection was broken off and discarded under the trailer. There were scuffs to the striping and tears in three places. I notified Steve Hathaway the next morning when he arrived and pointed out the damage. Later I received a text stating a new water connection had been purchased for replacement and Steve had ordered vinyl tape for at least one tear. Repairs were performed on May 9th after I had paid the invoice. A piece of white vinyl tape was slapped haphazardly over one tear as a repair. The water connection was replaced without caulking the edges, as the original had been sealed. When I went to seal the fitting myself, I found all four s**** holes stripped out. I repaired the holes and sealed the fitting. I climbed the roof to inspect Clean Images service to find the outer edges of the slides had dried **** and grime. I suspect the tops of the slides were not treated. I had given Clean Image a $200 deposit for the service. The invoice price totaled $2,455 with $250.41 in tax. The total paid for this professional and expert service was $2,705.41 for a company that caused cosmetic damage to my rig. I made a terrible mistake doing business with Clean Image and will never make that mistake again.

  Usually when we have issues on the job the customer will call me and explain the problems, I'll go out and walk the job with them and then fix any of the problems. This client told me of 2 small issues. I personally went to fix these problems. I was paid in full and thought we had a happy client.

  2 weeks later the bad review was posted. We made mistakes on this job. I wish I was told so we could have fixed them. We have 2 bad reviews in 5 yrs (over 90 reviews) Lots of mistakes and problems (over 600 jobs). The difference is this client failed to communicate with me, so we could make it right.

  Steve was so easy to work with, and his crew, *** and *****, did an outstanding job in cleaning my sister's 36' Winebago Suncruiser. It was seriously dirty and streaking green and black everywhere. By the time they got done, it looked beautiful inside and out! Completely transformed! Steve was very patient with working around our schedules to get the job done, and with working out a job scope that would work with our budget. *** and ***** arrived ready to work, got right to it, and were friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things about them and our experience with them. We'll be calling on them again for touch *** and future work.

  The owner showed up on time for the estimate and got straight to the point of what needed to happen. He didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of unneeded add-ons. Got me an estimate quick like. When it came time to schedule, he worked around my busy life happenings and the weather, which is no easy feat in the ******* area... His crew showed up on time and ready to get down to business. His crew was self-sufficient and completed the work within the time frame that was promised, doing a fantastic job on the roof, awning, panel/cab wash and wax, plastic treatment, and most importantly the oxidation removal from the rear of the ** and front of the cab overhang as well as the rear, cracked, decal replacement! ( I bought the replacement OEM decal seperate. They removed the old one and installed the new one. See Pics) His crew was professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them and will be using them for touch up and future jobs!This was done on a 2015 Coachmen Leprechaun 190cb with 60k miles.
