      I want to preface this review by saying that I have never written a negative review in my life! But I dont know what else to do after my experience. Im beyond frustrated. I had a great zoom/phone consult with Micki back in February, after which I immediately sent her all the docs/files she needed to do our yearly taxes, as well as our quarterly B&O taxes. Well, its now November 8th and our taxes have still not been filed. And to my knowledge, no extension was ever filed either. Ive called & emailed countless times. The last time I spoke with Micki was at the end of May when she told me she would call me back the following week. The only reason Ive stuck it out this long is because I was assured several times by Micki and her assistants that any fines/penalties that have incurred as a result of her never filing an extension would be covered in full by her. I would love to be able to give an update to this review in the coming weeks and say that Micki reached out and made everything right, but Im highly doubtful that will happen. At this point, I will be doing my taxes myself and praying she hasnt left me with a mound of late fines and penalties from the **** Use someone else to do your taxes!
