    My first time using Ackerman in ******. I needed my mini splits cleaned and serviced. ************** was on time, and friendly. He explained what the service entailed. Then he began the process. ****** informed and showed me the equipment each step of cleaning. Thank you **************, you did a stellar job!

    This business charged us $419.73 for a 30-minute servicing of our furnace and 30-minutes travel. When we received the bill there was no itemization of service provided, there was no forewarning of this exorbitant charge provided either at the time we made the appointment or by the service technicians who showed up at our door, and the company representative, when contacted by telephone, simply stated, "We charge a flat fee for all furnace service calls." We were completely swindled by this company and will NEVER use them again, nor will we EVER recommend this shyster outfit to anyone in our community.
