    We bought a heating furnace and it works great. It was vveerrryyy cold recently when my electric furnace went out and they were out here very fast and Im glad that my phone said these were one of the top companies to call during a supercold emergency,

    Purchased a new system from Cascade Mechanical was operational for 3 years before failing completely. After paying them to trouble shoot the system. Four days later I called them to see what plan was for repair. Their very first sentence to me "Was I aware as to how much this was going to cost." No parts on order. 100 degrees plus daytime temperatures. Yes, painfully aware of what it costs to repair a 3-year-old TRANE system. Sold by them.
