    So we just stayed at the ************************** and I must say the hot springs themselves are amazing but after checking out..they are draining are accounts!! We had pre paid for the stay back in January but they held our incidental and charged additional money on the amex that was bogus!! We had one missed call from the front desk and tried to call back. The person who answered didn't know why we had a call and I was then transfered to a managers voicemail. I left a message and didn't get a call back. The next day a very rude employee came to our room to tell us they would be keeping our incidental fee. I was honestly shocked by how rude she was being and not even knowing what had happened. The lady said she called us several times which was a lie as there was only one missed call and no voicemail. She sadi we were not allowed to smoke on the patio which we were not aware of. I told her we would stop as new in the room smoking was not allowed but this was new to us. She was very rude and said how she had attempted to warn us several times..again this was a lie. I told her we had one missed called and no voicemail and then let her know how we tried to call back even with no responses. She said they had been to busy at the front to continue making attempts to reach us which again that wad not our fault. There are no signs that say you cant smoke outside on the patio and we should have atleast recieved a warning. The manager is never in and dont return calls. They are theives and don't stay at the hotel!! Maybe just go for the day and save a bunch of hassle/stress!The hotel also had pet pee stains on the floor when we arrived. The towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off the wall. The jacuzzi had a jet that kept falling out and smelled like mildew. The staff was very rude except for the housekeeping who were all pleasant enough. I think the hotel needs someone to investigate them as after googling I have found many similar complaints!!
