    If there were negative stars, I would check that. Today, my family and I went to get a cage for our guinea pig. We asked the person at the front counter where the cages were. After a brief pause (he was on his phone) he pointed towards the corner and he said thats all we have. My wife then asked for help getting a cage down but he said it would be around 20 minutes because the employee who could help us was getting his hair done by another employee. We had to get up and get the cage ourselves but it was over 10 feet high. Luckily another customer came to help us. After she had gotten it down, the guy getting his hair done finally came to assist. I asked the people at the counter for their name but ***** stayed quiet. The female customer service identified herself as ***** and said they were short handed. I asked if they have time to do another employees name then they are not short-handed. She scowled and gave me a business card telling me to call the manager if I had a problem with that. I have not received such rude service anywhere before. My girlfriend said this is a first for her there but was very surprised by the lack of courtesy and less than acceptable customer service. I will be calling the manager but ***** gave us the impression that the manager didnt care either.
