    Their crm product has a lot of impressive features Ex email sequencing, text messaging, LinkedIn parsing etc.However product is very difficult to set up and all they will provide customers are poor videos. If you require any assistance ( and you will with this system) you will be very disappointed. Installed system 2 mos ago- still not working fully. All you can dkmks talk to a chat person.. typical response is 3+ days in have an escaped issue that I am in the 7th day of waiting still no response. I paid $2300 up front ( including a vip account / a joke!) now have to wait 2 weeks for texting , email campaigns still not working and cannot get anyone to respond. Suggest Big ****** as a refreshing alternative !
