  This company continues to robo call me daily. They do not identify themselves as a debt collector on the voice mail they also leave daily. I had to come here to see what company this was and that was the only way it was related to collection of a debt. I believe that they are supposed to identify themselves as such. Under the ****** debt collectors are required to identify themselves when they attempt to collect a debt as well as note that any information you give them will be used in an attempt to collect the debt. The few times I've attempted to answer their calls, there is no one on the line. I refuse to return a call to a company who is violating my rights. I see that they have this issue often and should maybe rethink their approach. Debit collectors may not Engage in any conduct the natural consequence of which is to harass, oppress or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt, including calling a lot or dialing you and then hanging up.

  This company calls and texts from various numbers that show up as potential spam on my cell carrier. There is no caller id info validating calls are coming from a legitimate source, nor are the numbers found via reverse lookup for validation. Spoofing? They leave vague voicemails occasionally. When they sent a text with some relevant information, I was able to track down the company they claimed to be collecting on behalf of in that message. I then replied to that text. Despite confirming there is not an unpaid debt with the company Evergreen Prof claims to be attempting to collect on behalf of, and informing them via reply text, Evergreen Professional (I assume) continues to call multiple times per day, everyday. They have been informed that the account balance is zero. Ive requested a verification of debt letter, knowing they will be unable to provide one as there is no debt. Im left to assume they know they are attempting to defraud me. Additionally, the text message they sent does not say it is unmonitored or not to reply, however, Evergreen Professional has yet to acknowledge or reply to my response. Further, when dialing back any of the random numbers they call from, they do not identify themselves when answering. They appear to be recording (also not disclosed on call back), and they will simply say the name of the person they appear to be attempting to reach. Im deeply disappointed in the way this company conducts operations and can echo the complaints registered here by others. Additionally noteworthy, Accessibility doesnt seem to be a concern for them as there isnt an obvious way to email or otherwise promptly communicate without a voice call. I would not want my business affiliated w/ Evergreen Professional based on my experience.

  I recently went on medical leave and can not pay until I return to work. These people keep bugging me twice a day. I explained that I was on on medical leave one more time and their response what does that have to do with why we are calling you? He then proceeded to berate and belittle. Every single person Ive spoken to has been rude, condescending, and unprofessional. The word professional should not be in their company name. What a scam of a business. Nope, not going to pay if I have to deal with people like that.

  Evergreen prof. Has failed every step of the way!They state I owe. I ask for a bill twice-on 2 different calls. **** states he is ****** supervisor and refuses to provide any service until;Reference number (provided)Name (provided)Address (provided)Phone Number (provided)Birth Date (provided to *****)Zip Code -I REFUSED--It was included in the address.-As a point of intimidation and to maintain their perceived control.- I was denied service until I would provide MORE information to them.-I have requested a bill, so I can pay the $35+ from 4 years ago-AND new to me.-I dont believe they are going to honor the good faith request on either of the calls. First request made on Jan 23, 2023. Second-third and more today.Intentionally instigating a negative outcome is NOT collecting a debt nor is it professional.My belief isthey are holding out for an illegal lien or some nefarious purpose, since they refuse payment, as well.Im NOT interested in a post-back from evergreen.I am interested in you sending me the bill for what I owe.

  They called me about an alleged debt. I requested their business license # so that I could confirm that they are licensed to collect debt in my state, which is required by state law. They refused and hung up.
