    Incredibly unprofessional and totally obnoxious!Some clown named ************************* was truly the most unprofessional and obnoxious person I have dealt with in years! He lied about sending me an accounting statement, then dared to report me to his superiors. I rented one of the most expensive properties this agency has ever managed, and I have never been treated with more disrespect in my life! I own several rental properties locally and would NEVER consider using this agency. Go elsewhere if you are looking for a property management company.

    This company is a complete scam!!!They will charge you full months rent for a lease takeover over, plus last and deposit, plus lock you out of your place, not tell you EXACTLY what time maintenance will show up and enter your unit, and claim saying "they're coming one day or the next" is sufficient enough information to allow strangers into your personal space, whilst not giving an actual time or specific day. Not only will they deny responsibility, they will argue legality. I tried contacting the property management immediately, they did not answer my calls, texted saying their phone is dying and never gave me a contact number for incidents such as this, supposedly they have one! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!They're also charging the tenants that took over my lease (I was there for a month!) A first, and last, plus deposit.Chuckanut has waited until the VERY last minute to refund my deposit.They also allow other tenants to harass you, so far as allowing them to ask you to not speak or laugh in your unit because it can be heard. And allow them to constantly bang on the ceiling if they hear anything. This cause immense discomfort and trauma to my service dogs.If you rent from this company - make sure you have a lawyer because they will try every way In the book To scam you!!

    We found a property to rent through Chuckanut Property a week ago, put in our application and were approved but they wanted us to sign a a non-refundable damage deposit waiver in the amount of $3,000 within 24 hrs of receiving their acceptance letter. They said all their damage deposits are non-refundable which doesnt make since. They should us the rental that hadnt been cleaned yet but wouldnt let us know what work orders were ordered. We left multiple messages for the manager and no one ever called back. We both have excellent credit and have been renting through another property management for 9 yrs (owners are selling their rental next month). We backed out of it and lost $100 application fee. They are very unprofessional.
