    To: Augusta Lawn Care Services of *********, **, ****** I asked this company (its franchise in *********/**) to take care of my lawn almost 3 months ago hoping that I will have healthier lawn, i.e., less weeds/dandelions/****/bare spots. First of all they came one week later than the time they were supposed to come without any notice, they simply did not show up! Once they finally came and were done with the work, they were in rush to leave and when I told them I have some questions about lawncare they just mentioned water them a lot and they would email me a care package (which I never received even though I called several times and asked for it). Secondly, my lawn got much worse in terms of weeds/dandelions/****. Before their work weeds were much less and now it is almost 3 times more.Thirdly, they were supposed to come back 6 weeks later for checking and retreatment, it was in the contract and they scheduled it but they never showed ** in spite of my calls. Such a waste of money and time, I would not recommend this company at all.

    Your franchise in ******* was warned. He has more violations with the labor board than a man with 5 life sentences...I warned you people but I'm handling it..you aren't big enough to face what you are about to...the ************** labor board. Some of ** are well connected and the owner in ******* has screwed with the wrong man the last time. Ppl,use southhaven if in the region but the ******* owner runs a plantation for slaves with no vacations,no sick time no nothing but he's violated and he kept the covid money to paint his trucks yellow which he committed federal fraud and he deserves to pay after how he's treated ppl
