      I had an appointment on Saturday, Sept 30th to trade in my 2018 Macan. Several days before my visit, I emailed the previous sales person and asked if I should use the insurances that Id purchased (tires, dent, wheels, windshield, etc.) before trading the car in; essentially to ensure that I would get the highest trade in value for the 2018 Macan. Those policies were good for another year. The sales person told me not to worry about it because I would get a full refund of those insurances since they were never used. Well, that isnt what happened. After 5 hours at the dealership, I finally met with the finance person and was told that I would only receive a small refund for those unused insurances policies. They reduced the value of my trade-in for minor scratches and dents; I assumed everything would balance out with the promised full refund of the insurances. Since that didnt happen, essentially, I paid TWICE for the same ***************** at purchase and again at trade in. But to add insult to injury, they deducted an ADDITIONAL $5,000 from the vehicle for future repairs. This information was shared with me AFTER Id already signed the documents and made the first payment on the new vehicle. I was trapped. I wasnt even given the opportunity to test drive the vehicle ended up with because the sales person had an obligation at 6:00 and it was 5:30 (not my fault, I showed up at 11:45 a.m.) I would have chosen a different car if I had the opportunity to test it out. A few weeks later I received a survey from Porsche ********* gave the dealership a very poor rating because of this experience. One would think that someone would reach out to me to discuss of the rating I gave nope. Obviously, Porsche Bellevue didnt care. They met their quota for the quarter and thats all that mattered. Needless to say, they have lost me as a customer. I will never use this dealership ever again. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
