    This place is a joke. They let employees smoke weed on the job in company trucks. They dont have enough people to do jobs. Not the proper equipment for the jobs theyre assigned. They treat their employees like slaves for barely any pay. Theyve lost countless employees and clients just in the year they have been in business. Already had a lawsuit and an L&I claim against them. Theyre clueless about laws both in business and flagging. Theres plenty of other companies to choose from. Freedom Flagging is not worth the time, the stress, or the money,

    Not only does this company have a high turnover rate but they do not have enough flaggers to do large jobs. I have also witnessed 1st hand how they are very unprofessional not just towards their clients but their employees.In the month of February not only did they put one of their own clients in danger but then they also harassed one of their own employees and allowed other employees to harass that employee as well.There are two owners, one of them is more concerned about his Snapchat and the other would prefer to report your company and then turn around and take your money.I have been informed that their employees are not given drive time when they have to go to jobs, and I have been informed that the temps that they send out to these jobs do not get the hours that the clients give them.Very unprofessional company, you may want to consider going with another company who cares about their employees as much as their clients and the business that comes with it.
