    Advice for current and potential renters of Action Now Property Management: know your rights.- Rent increases require 60 days notice, even if renting month-to-month. *********************************************************** - Written documentation must be provided within 30 days for money kept from the security deposit. ********************************************************************************* - Tenants security deposit can be withheld only for the costs of damage, not for an items entirety. ******************************************************
