I got a transmission through these people. It was no good. After 6 weeks without my vehicle I finally received a working transmission. I had to pay for parts that were inside their nonworking transmission, a rental car that I was supposed to get reimbursed over a month ago. Still no check. They are definitely not into customer service. They don't care if what they sell works or not.

7/31/2023, contacted them by phone and asked if they can replace my torque converter and if theyll install customer-provided parts. *** said yes to both. He gave me his cost for the work and had him put me down for 7 a.m. on 8/14.Arrived at their shop at 7 a.m. on 8/14. I walked in and told ***** that I have an appt. at 7 a.m. The way she looked at me was like she wasnt aware of my appt. She asked me to fill out the form and bring it to the front desk. I did, and thats where I spoke to ***. He read my notes and said something about test driving the car to diagnose the issue. I already told him what the issue was over the phone but he seemed like I was a customer that just dropped in to get my car fixed. He says he can have it done by Wed., 8/16 end of day. 8/16 comes and I havent heard anything from the shop, so its either going very well, or they havent touched the car yet. I decided to call them to check the status. ***** tells me they havent started on it yet! *** got on the phone and explained that his specialist mechanic was sick or couldnt come to work so they havent started on my car yet. I asked him why he didnt bother to call me to let me know. He says my bad for not calling you and I apologize. The way he said it was NOT a sincere apology. I was already angry at that point that he didnt communicate and he could care less about any inconveniences it caused. After mentioning the cost of renting a car for the extra time he needs to work on my car, he says well, theres one way you dont have to spend money on a rental carjust come pick up your car. Really? Thats your resolve to this situation? If he would have offered a discount on the labor I would have gladly agreed to that. He could care less. His take on the whole situation is well, thats life and thats too bad for you. 8/17, picked up the car. I reviewed my dash cam videos. They used my car to make a coffee run down the road! Use your own cars for personal errands!! Avoid!!
