      Hi ******,

      I'm really taken aback by this review.  You and your daughter just came in a week or so ago about the issue at the cemetery.  You never voiced any sort of problem.  I explained the situation, adjusted your contract and filled out the paper needed to have the city do the foundation.  I'm completely unsure what false "information" (to use a better less insulting word)  I've provided, but I've tried to keep in contact and keep you apprised of all going on with your stone.  I wish you had come directly to me with any concerns or questions.  We might have been able to come to a resolution that would satisfy you.

      Zero stars is the appropriate rating. I have tried repeatedly to have a gravestone placed with too many unfulfilled promises, excuses, and a frustrating lack of response to both phone calls and email. The stone was paid for 14 months ago. COVID issues aside and accounted for, the lack of respect and attention to his matter has gone on for far too long. Infrequent callbacks by phone resulted in conflicting and inaccurate information. The little personal contact I have had promised resolution "in 2 weeks", twice, but nothing has changed, and blame has been put elsewhere instead of on the inadequacy and unreliable commitment this organization has made to its customers. Twin State Monuments and its sister company Cleggs Memorials are completely unreliable and are not recommended under any circumstance. They are quick to take your money but do not fulfill their obligations to customers. Respect for the deceased and grieving family does not exist and my relatives grave has gone unmarked for over a year. This is completely unacceptable and wrong. A ******* attorney general's office complaint is being made as well.
