      0 communication, no return calls, paid $500 cleaning and testing fee. Looks like they pulled it off the lot and pulled it around after showing it for months, whoever gets my camper, youre lucky I took care of it. My frustration is with questions before and after purchase. Wish I would have went elsewhere but the wife wanted it.

      awful service for the used rvs they sell. bought a fifth wheel there and paid for their cleaning and inspection service. wasn't ready when we got there and wasn't cleaned. shame on us traded in and bought another fifth wheel some years later and now paid more for the same service once again not ready when we got there, not cleaned on the inside, [food, toys and other things under furniture and pubic hairs still on toilet] now after having it for less than a year and a half we find out it has long term rot under the slides [2017 new to us but not inspected for the money we paid by Petesa rv] Buyer beware especiaaly if buying used they stuck it to us twice

      **** was outstanding with finding ** another surge protector for our airstream.He was even willing to meet us in ************** as we were out of town camping.Definitely went above and beyond for us!

      We have never been so cheated in our lives!! We bought a supposedly brand new 224bh Jayco from petes rv connecuit. On July 5 2023. Thinking we get it the following week later. We put a down depost ***** dollers and sighned the papers .. Well our 1st payment us due soon and no camper we where told it needs a new roof. No one reaches out to us. Thanks ??. We are going to have to seek legal help

      Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. They are the most incompetent business I have ever dealt with. Warning to all do not buy an ** from Petes **. Was coerced into buying extended warranties and add ons during initial purchase. Got my new rv home and discovered many defects. Called to have them addressed and was told they could possibly get me in at the end of the summer. One of these was the 12 volt refrigerator that did not work at all. Our family had already booked several camping sites to enjoy our new purchase and were extremely disappointed that the extended warranty we purchased was useless until the end of the camping season when they could get around to it. We bought our camper at the ** show in ****** and were absolutely lied to when we were told that we would be getting a new ** and not the showroom model hundreds of people had walked through. Guess what was waiting for us when we went to pick it up? Liars and thieves is really the only words I have that fit.

      I purchased a New travel trailer from ****'s. Since the purchase we have had nothing but issues ( everything has been documented and reported to petes). The majority of issues was no water heater , no refrigerator for the entire camping season last year. And this year after being at ****'s for repairs the entire off season. Which ****'s tried to charge me $1300 for diagnostic fees, the refrigerator stopped working again....losing hundreds of dollars in food and drink. ****'s answer was did you contact *****?

      We purchased a used motorhome from Petes in ******* from ******* ******. There are many issues we have with this motorhome & the service from Petes RV. We had to ask multiple times for a bill of sale, after we had wired the full payment to the dealership. When one was finally provided to us, it showed that we still had money owing. ********* kept stating she could not give us one that showed a $0 balance. Her explanation was that the money showing was so customers would know the balance to pay when they came in to pick up the unit. We had already paid in full! Finally she was able to provide us with one. We could not export or import a vehicle with money owing on the bill of sale. When we arrived to pick up the motorhome, it was filthy.The cab was still covered in pet hair, which ***** had assured us would be cleaned. The dresser drawers had clothing from the previous owners and mouse dropping in multiple drawers. There were more personal effects under the ************ mouse droppings. Bathroom had not been cleaned since previous owners. We were told it would be clean at pick up We were assured the motorhome would be de-winterized and full of propane. Neither were done. There is a leak on the toilet, we have to shut the toilet water valve off every single time we use it. Black tank flush does not work. Water showers down all sides of the black tank. The automatic levelling jacks need to be calibrated. My husband has to manually set the jacks to get level every single time. ******* ended up just leaving us when we went to go get propane, **** came out then. He told us that we would get the recall clearance letters the following Monday. We had to fight the next week to get them. (Something we need for import)When we got home I found the mouse, dead, in the storage space under the dinette seat. We would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Terrible service, terrible response to complaints. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

It is confirmed that both the sales and service managers were involved and have made follow up call attempts to the customer.  The service manager was not aware of the additional issues detailed in the review and most definitely welcomes the customer to contact them at the VT dealership to elaborate further and, if necessary, evaluate options to remedy any open items.

      Worse experience ever. All sales and promises no service. Bought a camper,charged 500 for a prep that was not done. Taken advantage of a 63 year disabled vet... You should be ashamed .

      Very disappointed with service. Went to trade my travel trailer in and buy a used fifth wheel trailer. After all paperwork was signed, they failed to deliver the service they promised unless we paid them more money, but the deal was signed and money was passed and a handshake. Do not recommend going to Pete's RV center in N.Charleston,

      I purchased my 2021 Jayco Pinnacle 32RLTS in the spring of last year. from the ******* location. The salesman was great and very attentive in calling me back until the sale was made. I had an issue with the ** in the living room that took months to get reimbursed for and many many phone calls and emails. Parts guy would never respond to my emails or calls. I also had an issue with a bent awning arm that I'm still working through after about 9 months. I have been working with parts on this and she will not call me back either. The last time I spoke with her she told me that it would cost $140 to ship the awning part from ******* to ************* and I told her that was unacceptable. She said she would talk to a manager about getting the price reduced and would call me back. This was a week ago and I'm not holding my breath that I will receive a call back. I've wasted so much time calling being put on hold and having her tell me that she would find out the answer and call me back, but never does. At this point I'm going to just try to find my own part and hope that I don't have any other issues with my RV that requires warranty work. In my opinion they have horrible customer service unless you're in the initial purchasing stage. Once you purchase you better hope that you don't have any issues because you will not get any help.
