    Hired ***** Gulfield and Gulfield contracting to paint and flooring of *************************. Was given a 3 week best effort time frame. We paid for 100% of materials up front and 50% of the labor. After 9 weeks we were forced to terminate our contract with Gulfield as both condos were not even close to being completed. Both units and all work needed to be completely redone. ***** Gulfield bounced 2 checks to flooring company and we were forced to pay for this material twice even though we paid for it up front with the contract. Gulfield also incurred *** fines due to improper disposal of debris of which he promised and told us he sent the *** a check however a check was never received, and we were forced to cover this fine. He and his company should most certainly be watched as the next consumer to be taken is inevitable. Happy to provide whatever you need to verify this review. ***** ******** and ***** *****
