    I am rejecting this response because refund has not yet been received as of 11/28/22. **** was returned, signed for, and accepted by Beverlys on 11/18/22. I will accept the Business response once refund is received. 

    ******************************************************* than what I paid for the ring. Seller is now telling me that I cannot return the item. At a minimum, I would like to return the ring for the purchase price (less the 20% restocking fee), consistent with the store's return policy. Ideally, I would like a return of the full purchase price as I have not received the yellow gold ring that was ordered.

    In reference to this complain ******** We have been in Contact with ********************* significant other and explained that the Item Purchased was a special order since we don't stock it in yellow gold and they wanted the same item in yellow gold which we had in white gold version. We did let them take the white gold version that we had in stock and agreed to exchange the yellow gold version as soon as we get it. We ordered the Yellow version and we received a call from ***************** to have the size altered which slightly delayed the completion. We have had the yellow gold version altered to the size requested, but are waiting for instructions from the client before we proceed to deliver. The policy that we have on the Invoice that *****************  provided clearly states that we allow exchanges. As far as Item Appraisal there was no appraisal provided by qualified appraiser that has credentials in jewelry appraisals. If it is a written Appraisal from a qualified appraiser we would like to see it, If it is a verbal opinion we don't feel that it is fair to state the item didn't appraise for it's value. Our sales representative has been in contact with *************************** significant other, and we will provide a refund even though we don't do so for a special orders. We hope the matter is satisfactorily resolved.

    We are not sure what the customer wants. We have been in constant communication with them this whole time. They claimed they were satisfied with how we handled it. Refund has been provided for a special order item, after our policy stated there is a restocking fee, no fee was charged. 100% of purchase price was refunded even though there were costs to us to refurbish the item etc. Please let us know what is expected from us?

    Based on the fact that we incurred additional costs ($140) to return the ring to seller and had to request the refund on two different occasions after seller received the ring back, we were simply waiting for the refund to post and clear our account before accepting the business response. Now that we have received the refund I have re-reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
