      ZERO STARS if possible!! BEWARE!!! I do not leave reviews but had no choice in this one. My wife and I recently completed a military, PCS move and contracted the company for the work. Though the individuals packing the house were professional, when it came time to settle for many damaged items on the receiving side of the move, red flags were immediate. The company did not return calls or emails for months. When someone finally answered our call to check the status of our submitted damaged goods claim, we were told to contact someone else. After doing so, we received a letter stating they would only cover a fraction (laughable amounts) on the items needing to be replaced. For example, a company mover unpacking our t.v. at destination saw they had broken it (broken screen amd frame) This was a brand new Samsung 75" t.v. that cost $1800. We were told they would only reimburse $800. An unblemished, brand new surfboard, that cost $800, we were told "The surfboard we feel can be fixed".....from the multiple gouges and holes....only offering $150.00. The list goes on with other goods. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. We are taking the issue to military representatives in an attempt to have the company removed from being an option for military PCS orders due to the lack of professionalism and accurate or fair reimbursement of clearly damaged items that had no blemishes or issues prior to our move.
