  We have worked with ******* and team on multiple projects now and he's one of the best vendors I've worked with to-date. Their code is always good quality, they are quick to respond when I need them and their growing team has shown itself capable of handling multiple large projects at once. We have worked together for about 5 years now and his company has consistently performed well and grown. I'm always impressed by all the different platforms they can work in, too.

  We worked with Nexus Box for a few years and they are true professionals. Working with **** and team is a pleasure. We contracted out some work to help us build applications for e-commerce platforms. They were very helpful in building quality apps - and very responsive in communication. They went out of their way to help push things forward in times with tight deadlines. Will definitely reach out to work with them again in the future.

  I recently had Nexus Box design a custom ******* site for my business and couldn't be more impressed. Not only did they work with my budget as a small business owner, but Michael took the time to really listen about what features were important to me. I had several quotes from other companies (one lower in cost) but Nexus Box won me over and I couldn't be more happy.

  I have never in my life had to deal with such an unprofessional company. the below email was sent by Michael when I advised Nexus that we would be withholding some of the due payment (which he previously agreed to extend the due date, and I added interest of over $500 which I did not need to do, for them agreeing to extend the payment due date for a client that THEY made us lose). I sadly have to say I would never recommend Michael. For someone who verbally assults me to say that I was emotional, this is a pretty emotionally driven email.. In any case, this is beyond acceptable for the way to properly and professionally handle a situation, and I will make it my duty to share this with the world. ---- His original email ----- I am so glad you sent this email. We will just be submitting you to collections at this point due to our service agreement that you broke numerous times, and you will be responsible for all collection fees as well. There are numerous emails with promises to pay, which you are now trying to pull a Donald Trump on us. We should have just stopped working when we were going to originally instead of dealing with your emotional abuse and agreeing to continue development and help you on that project after you begged us to continue after your original emotional outburst. Your indema platform was coded horribly by all of your previous developers and we were left to fix a huge mess, with extremely limited time constraints due to your lack of ability to understand code or deal with contracts. We will not be blamed for the crap you put us through in any way, and your emotional bullshit will not be tolerated. This will be my last communication and your emails will be blocked moving forward.   This client refused to pay after their agency contract went south due to their poor internal negotiating skills and became upset when we told them we are submitting to collections after 60 days of nonpayment for over $5000. We will not deal with their outbursts as he continues to do. I stand by our private email, and we will not be treated the way that they treated us and our staff, which all business owners should understand. We are a professional company with amazing clients and will always go out of our way as we even tried to do for this previous client... Please feel free to contact us and we will be glad to share other details. We will not be bullied.
