"I purchased a 2013 Acura ILX hybrid from here and the very next day after purchasing the 2 front tires were flat due to dry rot so I called them they basically told me it was my problem so I just fixed it myself then the day after that a check IMA system light came on so I googled it and come to find out it’s the hybrid battery system that was bad they tried to tell me it is a coolant temperature sensor and it’s not but ok so they told me they would order the part and call me when it comes in but it’s been 5 months and no call I also called them for 2 months asking if they had gotten the part and just been told that they would call me when it came in but the messed up part is that when I hooked up my snap on code reader I looked at the history in the car’s system and they cleared the check IMA system the day before I purchased the car like I don’t understand how they can do this stuff to people and get away with it"
