    I rarely ever leave a review good or bad for any company. However, I will make an exception for Rik Miller and Greg (sorry, I did not catch his last name) from rv-detective.com. They both came to our campsite in Stephens City today on very short notice and spent several hours here helping us install a tankless water heater. They were kind, friendly, in no rush and very competent. I cannot say enough good things about these guys.

    I can't say enough about the instant support I have received from RV Detective. Call backs were within 30 min and being able to trouble shoot over the phone (I have a 2022 Airstream) made life a whole lot easier and the results were perfect. Some were simple and others over my head; however, working with them made it easy and all issues resolved. Thank you so much and as always, you are now on my speed dial!

    RV Detective LLC conducts business professionally, thoroughly and compassionately. They were asked to inspect a new RV that had been on the lot of a large RV dealership for a significant period. They arrived to discover that the unit had been removed from the lot and taken to another location despite prior arrangements being made to make the unit available. After considerable negotiations another inspection date was established and accomplished. RV Detective worked under miserable weather conditions and with hostile dealership representatives which refused to provide inspection materials repeatedly. A thorough inspection report was presented and made all the flaws of the Unit and the Dealership clearly evident.
