      Poor Customer service at the Thimble Shoals Blvd, Newport News location. Clearly NOT a *** certified establishment. This Spa offers Groupon but will not honor their own terms and conditions. The Owner Keisha was very rude and called the police and recorded a customer because Ms. Keisha cancelled the appointment with no explanation. Very Shady business practice. Ms. Keisha stated she would refund my ******* payment.
