  We're extremely pleased with Accurate Siding and Windows. Louis, Lou, and Frank did an outstanding job with our siding, paying attention to detail along the way. Louis and Lou kept us informed of progress each day, and ensured the job site was cleaned up each day. Look no further if you want a quality job done at a reasonable price, and you can be sure they will take care of you.

  Lou and his team did a great job putting up new siding on our home. We are very pleased with how beautiful it turned out!! they all were very detail oriented, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them!!

  Louis and crew completed our windows and they did an amazing job! They were very friendly and easy to work with. Louis went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. He had great attention to detail and made sure everything was completed prior to leaving the job site.

  Hired Louis and his team and paid over ******* for vinyl siding job a few years ago. Around 11 months ago, I noticed some of the trim work they had installed was peeling. I contacted *****, informed him of what was happening and sent him photographs of the area of concern. ***** informed me that the peeling trim was the result of a manufacturers defect and that he would gladly fix the trim piece at no cost to me. Nine months passed ** ***** continuously putting me off and the last two months he has ignored me. I have hired a new contractor to fix this problem. My advice is simple- if you hire ***** and his team to do a job on your home, DON'T expect him to correct any defects in workmanship from the products that he uses. Absolutely NO excuse for it.

  I am sorry that Mr ********** couldnt wait for us to fix his Aluminum .I told him the company who supplied the ***************** ************ went out of business and he would have to wait on line to have it changed . The material was defective and he was not the only customer who had the issue .
  I have repaired over 6 jobs with this concern for no charge , and would have changed Mr ********** had he not thought I could disregard other folks who were in front of him ,even though my 20year workmanship guarantee does not cover defective material . I have been changing this for all my customers at my expense but since we have other customers who have to wait so did Mr ********** .
  This is not an excuse it is a Valid Reason .
  I have gone back on many Customeres and if you check my prior reviews I have always went back if there was any issues .
  I also would like to add Mr ********** never called me 9 months ago it was more like 2 months ago .
  As far as my servicing my customers please read my reviews and you will see I have a very good record for going back .
