We recently hired Climatemakers of VA in Virginia Beach to replace our Ducting and Heat Pump HVAC system due to damage and age. We obtained several estimates and contracted Climatemakers after receiving a detailed estimate and competitive price. The additional referral from a friend of ours in a related profession also helped. Climatemakers installation team, Charlie ******, Anthony ****** and Carmelo *******, did an impressive job removing and installing our HVAC ducting. Their skill, efficiency, and attention to detail in completing this demanding and tedious job was impressive. While waiting for our new Heat Pump and Air Handler to be installed our system stopped cooling on the hottest day so far this year. The heat and humidity inside the house was very uncomfortable. We called the Climatemakers after-hours service, late on a Friday evening. Service technicians are available 24 hours a day, every day, and we received a prompt response. Like before, Climatemakers provided the name and photo of the Service tech that would be responding to our call. Shortly after our request for assistance we received a call from Garry ****** Garry arrived, assessed the situation, and provided a temporary repair to get us through the weekend. On Monday he returned and troubleshot the pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic issues that we were experiencing. It was evident that Garry loved his profession, enjoyed solving technical problems, and providing world class service. Garry was personable, patient, and persistent in resolving our issues and ensured we would be comfortable until the new system was able to be installed. He answered our questions and provided helpful advice. The service we have received from Climatemakers has so far exceeded our expectations. Even the office personnel made us feel like we were valued customers. We are thoroughly impressed with Mike Hayes and his team and we would not hesitate to highly recommend Climatemakers of VA.

Excellent, excellent service!! Even on a Saturday morning.
Due to an electrical fire scare in the attic we called the Fire department, they said mo fire but it was the air handler.
ClimateMakers (Yvonne) came out within a couple of hours to fix issue and showed us the air handler that was damaged. It smelled exactly like what was coming through the air vents!

I recently returned to Climate Makers who was my preferred service provider for many years while I lived in Virginia Beach. Now I live in Portsmouth and Climate Makers continues to deliver a high standard of service, something I can rely upon with this company.
Zaikel ****** recently performed maintenance on my HVAC system, and was very courteous, thorough, and professional. A great representative of what you would consider the standard for a service provider.
