    I applied and was accepted. I was told to apply for financial aide for the certificate program because that’s all I can start since I had no prior college experience. I applied for aide, accepted and sent in my information to the school. I got a call about accepting the offer and starting in March which made me very excited. Days later I recieved another call to again confirm my acceptance to the school. Which I did then was told I couldn’t use financial aide for it. I told them then I was told different and would not be able to start since I didn’t have the funds. I told them I would look back into it in the fall when I had the funds available. They said they understood and would check back in a week. I then recieved automated calls everyday sometimes 4x a day. Two weeks later I recieved a call about once again starting in March and explained what the guy and girl previously said to me. He asked why I didn’t go for my associates or bachelors and I explained that I was previously told I can only do a certificate program and didn’t have the money. He said I can do associates or bachelors and use my financial aide. I told him that everyone keeps messing with my emotions by telling me I’m accepted and can start then I can’t start. He continued to explain more and said I’d be able to start in March and would have someone call me on Friday (this was Wednesday night at 7:00pm) we confirmed Friday at 1:00 and it’s been almost three weeks and I did not receive a call. I have reached out via email , text and call and recieved no call back , email or text back in regards. When they want something from you they continuously call but when you need something from them it’s crickets. This school is terrible with communication and providing the correct information and for this reason I will probably be looking elsewhere.
