    Terrible system. When it has an issue plan on no service,no answers, no calls answered . Basically nothing.

    Yesterday the customer's building had a power issue beyond our control that caused the customer to lose their TV service. When we went out today, we ran an extension cord to power up the amplifier and turn his TV back on. At 12:49 when we called to follow up on the service, he and his daughter both confirmed that everything was back up.

    The internet service is AWFUL this company Claims we have the highest speed yet it's crap and always outages every month $****** is robbery and a scam for this internet company customer support is also terrible they claim everything is working fine when it clearly isn't i cannot play games with my friends without having connections interruptions or straight up outages. This company / business needs to be shut down ASAP!

    The people working for this company are despicable. The company not only has bad service but the women that I have talked to in this company were mean spirited and totally nasty. Their customer service skills are deplorable. Someone needs to shut them down. I am totally disgusted with them.

    Ms. ******* is a customer of ours that was set up on Auto Pay through our billing system. Unfortunately for the customer she informed us that her card had been compromised and was cancelled and a new card was issued. We did not know about this issue until her old card was declined. When we muted the account she called in and informed us of the issue. We rely on the customer to inform us of issues like this when they happen as we have no way of knowing otherwise. In the future we encourage Ms. ******* to inform us if it happens again to avoid interruption in service.

    Worst ISP ever. Forced to use as the owners of apt complex also own Telcom. That in itself should be illegal. Internet drops constantly. All day. Speed is not what I pay for. When you call, if yoy can get someone with a bit of knowledge, they gaslight you. And for some reason. I always get disconnected while they are "trying to fix issue"

    Ms. ******* only has two calls with us in regards to her Wi-FIi service since Nov of 2022. Last May we got a call from her to downgrade her speeds. On March 16 of this year was the next time we heard from her. When we set up provisioning levels we cannot guarantee speed over Wi-Fi due to many factors including device testing the service, what speed testing site is used, what interference is between the modem and the device, and distance from the modem, to name a few. Our speeds are in reference to a hard wired connection. If the customer has issues, we encourage her to contact our ISP department to troubleshoot it with our team and if there happens to be an issue on our end we would want to get it corrected for her ASAP.

    The worst internet providers ever. Forced to use this crap because no other providers for my apartment complex. Haven’t been in my apartment for 5 months and I know I’m not renewing my lease just because of this trash Telecom. I’m literally paying for nothing.

    It’s amazing that this provider is able to operate with the horrendous service they provide. Outages occur almost weekly and when you do have service it’s subpar at best. Myself and many others have filed complaints with the ***, but this company fails to provide feedback. Avoid this company at all costs

    Ms. Alston lives at ********* apartments. Unfortunately her modem had issues at the end of December (28th) and we replaced it for her on Jan 2. That caused her to have issues with the service. We have also installed back up antennas to another property we service to help enure the reliability of the internet feed to the property. We issued credit to all of the residents that had to deal with outages from our master service provider. If she has any other issues, we encourage her to contact our ISP department to help troubleshoot any other issues that may be present.

    We are forced to use them with our apartment we haven’t had any wifi for 3 days now they won’t give us any answers on when we will have wifi just blame other companies equipment for causing the outage yet others in the area that are with that other company have service

    How is this company even allowed. Worst internet all around I’d rather use my hot spot on my phone then their internet.

    The online payment option doesn’t work. The costumer service is aggressive, charged us for no service. The internet doesn’t work the phone conversation keeps dropping. The internet speed is 0.70 gb. We are forced to use their services. If the online services don’t work they will charge you a late fee of $** + equipment fee $***. Can they do this?
