Two weekly classes: Wed. 7L15-8 am and Sat. 9:30-10:20 which are "gentle" and one class, Sat. 10:45-11:30 that is "very gentle" particularly designed for individuals who have been injured or experience some limitations. All classes include warm-ups, breathwork, a modified kundalini yoga set, brief relaxation, and meditation. The Wednesday morning classes is specifically designed for educators and will include tips for implementing yoga and meditation in schools.
