    My Premium room was upgraded at the surface and first glance. The bathroom floors and walls sweat profusely. There was mold growing in the closet area that happens to be directly on the outside wall of the bathroom. The room is infested with gnats from the mold and moisture. Due to the moisture of the walls and floor there's a dreadful odor. The door Room keys would constantly stop working mid-week when Mya took over management. The Manager Mya is extremely rude and belligerent. She has a condescending attitude. She doesn't have respect for her elders or paying customers for that matter. She has threatened to check me room after paying for the stay. I've been charged a late fee when I've never been late. I was told I it was in error due to the storm and power outages. Mya stated I'd receive a refund within 3 days and I haven't received the reversal yet. Trying to file a complaint or even express my grievances with corporate is extremely difficult given the options available to reach them.
