Beware of this company! We were persuaded by the multiple five star reviews to use this company to move our 1bed with loft condo. The movers show up 30 minutes late and with a truck the size of a medium uHaul. We asked the movers if everything would fit in the truck, and they reassured us it would. Halfway through the process, my boyfriend needed to leave so he asked the mover if that was ok. They told him they would be fine and didn’t need him there. Before the left for our new home, they notified my boyfriend asking if it was ok to leave a “few, small items behind”. He said sure, thinking it was only minor items. They proceed to our new home and start unloading the items, and we notice that quiet a few boxes and furniture were missing. We asked and was told it couldn’t find in the truck. By this time, the manager was calling to charge us $1800 for a move that was quoted at $1100. The next day we went back to our condo and discovered the movers had left over half of our belongings there. We called the company letting them know we paid $1800 for our entire house to be moved when in reality only half of our stuff was moved, which took NINE total hours. The manager tried to blame it on us for not staying with the movers and asking them to call for another truck when the movers told us it wouldn’t be necessary. After explaining our side, the manager told us it would be $450 for them to come back and move the rest of our stuff. We told them absolutely not. The manager said he was able to convince his boss to drop the price to $200 for gas. At this point, we were so frustrated and said sure since we had no other way to get our items to our new home. The company came today and moved the rest of our belongings and charged us $250 instead of the $200! When we said we agreed to the $200, the manager rudely accused us of lying and saying the owners would not allow it. Beware of this company! They are incredibly deceitful and rude. We are not satisfied with the service.
