    Why AHS uses this vendor is a mystery. Technician here about 20 minutes tops, did not stop the leaking water from AC and said if continued to call vendor and they would contact AHS to order drain pan and coil. As soon as I turned on AC the leak persisted, so I called YAZD. Supposedly talked to owner and reported still having issue. He said I would have to wait for report to be turned in and approved before part was ordered. When I asked further clarifying questions, line was cut off. I told my wife the *** hung up and he called back to ask why I called him an ***, How could he have heard it if he hung up, I had no clue. I then mentioned i was recovering from a heart surgery I was told, and I quote "YOU SHOULD HAVE DIED YOU ARE NOT A GOOD PERSON!!! WOW !!! and hung up on me twice more. Would I ever deal with this vendor again NO A THOUSAND TIMES NO!

    There technician Iman came to our house to check on our furnace. He wrote a report back to our Home Insurance saying that a module costing $200 had failed and therefore our entire furnace needs to be changed costing $4500. The reason they said was power surge which did not effect any other appliance in my house but just targeted the furnace. When I tried to call there customer service, Priscilla was extremely rude, unprofessional and hung up the phone on me. DO NOT USE this company. They are scam artists, they cherry pick language to make sure insurance doesn't cover so they can make money off the customers during a cold wave. And to top it the unprofessional and rude behavior! I will be reporting them to BBB so no one else is scammed by them.
