My furniture was packed and placed in storage by Hilldrup. Unaware that during the storage period, the company would move to a new facility and hence move my furniture. They tout moving in record time, while my furniture and packed good sustained damage. It has been over 1 month and I still do not have resolution to my damaged furniture. We have been living with packed boxes for almost 5 weeks. They continually apologize but taking no steps to expedite the process, instead they are basing their actions simply on cost. We have had to be available multiple times when they send people that dont show up!Hilldrup an agent of United Van Lines
