In an attempt to defame my character, create a hazard for citizens, and waste law enforcement time/money an employee of this business accused me of being intoxicated and said he would contact the police because I called his judgment about my car repair into question. He wrote down my tag number as I entered my vehicle. This resulted in me having to wait for an officer to be dispatched to the location to prove I was not intoxicated. There is a police report citing that I was not intoxicated. When I attempted to contact a corporate entity regarding this incident I was again accused of being drunk and hung up on. A third phone call the following day also resulted in yet another claim of alcohol abuse and abruptly ending the call. These employees are verbally abusive and willing to file false police reports in order to harass you if you question their advice of “don’t worry about it” when your check engine light is on.

Mrs. ********* refused to stay in the customer waiting area as per our policy and insurance regulations. She refused to understand the hazard to herself and the potential risk of her being in the work area. The final time she was asked to wait in the designated area Mrs. ********* became belligerent with the staff and myself over the phone as I tried to resolve the issue with her. Mrs. ********* summoned the police department herself, we did not. We were very polite with Mrs. ********* even when she refused to leave the work zone and even after she became belligerent with us. We value our customers and their safety
