    Honey & Hive. Formally known as Southern House. I ordered a breastmilk tumber after we had my son and it came and was absolutely beautiful. There was a misspelling and she did offer to fix it free of charge if I sent it back. However it was so small I didnt even care. Still dont. It is beautiful and I still use it 4 years later. However my issue and why I would not buy from Honey & Hive again. I won a gift card in a raffle for $100 that did not have an expiration date. We unfortunately dealed with infertility and took longer to conceive my daughter. During this time the gift card policy changed. I reached out to admin and they assured me it would not expire and the new policy would not affect me. During black Friday of 2022 I used my gift card to order a breastmilk keychain from there with a tat or 8 to 12 weeks. Then we conceived my daughter and I decided to use the rest of my gift card to order a personalized blanket with her name and order one for my son as well in August 2023. The gift card would not process so I emailed the shop. I was told that the gift card had expired per the post about the winners. She sent me a screenshot if it. However on facebook you can see edits of posts. And in the edits of the original post you could see the orginal without an expiration date and the edit she made in the past several minutes to include an expiration date. When I raised question to it, she very quickly decided to honor the gift card and order the blankets. I recieved those in September. My son's name was completely misspelled, my daughter's name was not capitalized, and the sizes were wrong. She reordered. Again they came wrong. The colors were switched on the blankets. She then reordered them a 3rd time and they finally came. Then that keychain I ordered in November 2022 didnt come until October 31, 2023. I left a review on the website but it was deleted
