So I bought a $10,000 told deck trailer around 7 months ago and the C channel under the trailer snapped in half on the welds. So for the C channel to fit they cut out the corner and welded the top piece to the trailer. That’s where this trailer broke. I had a piece of equipment on which is well under the weight regulation for the 14,000 lb trailer. I was driving down the road with 8,500 pounds on the trailer when the C channel snapped. Thank God there were no accidents or other cars around bc it would have been worse then what it turned out. So now I’m on the phone with the dealer who sold me the trailer and limped it over an hour away so they could contact the manufacturer. Well long story short it’s been over three weeks now and they still haven’t came and got the trailer so it could be fixed. I keep getting the run around by a sales rep named *** From the manufacturer. They said I have to drive the trailer there to get fixed. There is no possible way you can drive that trailer down the road. It’s a hazard. So not they wanna FIX it. But I do believe I should at-least get my money back or a new trailer that would be welded the right way. These people are crooked and their customer service is far from good. I wouldn’t give them any stars on their customer service or their product review. Check things twice before you buy anything from this company. All I want is things to be settled and over bc I am the owner/operator of my small business. And all this company cares about is lining their own pockets and soon as things are sold they don’t give two hoots about you or their product.

We have made numerous attempts to accommodate the customer. We contacted the dealership from where it was purchased and tried to make arrangements to have it picked up and the customer refused. Nexhaul made arrangements with the next closest dealer to the customer to have it picked up and the customer refused. We explained to the customer that we could not collect the trailer from his residence because according to the complaint, “there was no possible way to drive it down the road.” This would require a forklift to raise the trailer in the air and lowering it onto another trailer to transport back to the manufacturer and that is exactly what we were prepared to do. The customer said it had been 3 weeks and the trailer still had not been picked up. The customer finally agreed to have the trailer brought to the dealership he purchased the trailer from, but by the time we had a driver lined up to collect it, the customer had already moved it to a “fab shop” for repair. With no investigation/warning whatsoever, the customer called us, demanding the trailer be picked up right away and while we were trying to work that out, the customer was refusing all our offerings and kept demanding that we collect the trailer and give him his money back or give him a different trailer. Nexhaul didn’t even have a chance to approve or decline this claim. We only looked at a few pictures that didn’t paint the entire picture. There were no pictures of the “piece of equipment” the customer said he was hauling, nothing showing an accident took place, nothing showing a breakdown other than the broken weld. Rather than being patient, the customer decided to remove the trailer from the agreed upon pickup location and have the repairs made himself, towing the trailer each way, when he mentions how dangerous it would be to pull it. We understand the customer has a business to run, and so do we, so we also understand just how important it is to get someone’s trailer repaired as promptly as possible, but we had to make arrangements and the customer simply didn’t want to wait. He refused every offering we submitted and after a few weeks of his refusing to budge, he finally decides to deliver it to the agreed upon dealership for pickup only to remove it and have the unauthorized repair performed. We try very hard to make every reasonable effort to accommodate a customer’s request for repairs, but we also must make arrangements for over-the-road pickups. He simply refused to wait and made demands in the meantime that were not feasible. There was nothing more that could have been done on our end to accommodate the customer. His timeline of requests was unreasonable
