    Unprofessional staff, poor communication. Elmwood Garage gate constantly has issues opening causing individuals lost time getting to work on time. Employee saw me standing outside of their door when they were supposed to be open for business & ignored me. Another staff member from a different company in the building let me in. They have unethical charging practices then give you a hard time with refunds.

    Constantly giving out parking tickets, late noticed and booting people’s vehicles. Their website does not display an outstanding balance, therefore people are not able to keep track of what they have and haven't paid. Park Roanoke has scammed me into paying another customer’s parking pass and then gave me a late fee for not paying my own monthly pass. They have homeless people wondering around the parking garage as well as sleeping. There are thefts of vehicles and parts in their garages as well. They claim to have, “security,” but I have not seen one security guard in the year that I’ve been parking at the garage. This company does not care about people and tries to extort poor people.
