      Cancelled our kids appointment we set up 6 months ago with absolutely notice. Even though my wife verified appointment day before said they could reschedule us for 3 months from now. There office is an hour away and we took our son out of school for the appointment. They didn’t care about the inconvenience they caused. Do not recommend

      I took my son to the retna specialist. The tech was very rude. They left him a long time in the chair, and then I my view was not kind . The lady tech was very much a smart assistant and the dr even had the nerve to tell her she was doing a good job. She was of asian decent and seemed more interested in her hair. She was hateful, and sharp. No kindness or friendliness. I would not recommend them to anyone with disabled children or adults. The staff is to self serving.

      A Vistar employee called my husband and changed his eye appointment to another day with another provider that we do not know. We are established patients of Dr. Will ******** and chose him for his expertise; he came recommended by friends who go to him. We do not want to go to another provider. I have tried for days to reach Vistar appts and have been on hold for over 30 minutes and and then the computer says someone will call me back. When they call back, I am into my work and unable to answer. This has happened at least 5 times. How do I reach Vistar to ask questions, and change appointments? Thank you for your consideration.
