"The price went up and the quality of it went down and I have continued to try to delete the unused portion and get a credit for the unused balance and they say their rules say I can not cancel it until the current subscription is done and I can not get a refund for current one.They are foreigners doing the customer service and the are rude and talk down to you." ...
