    First off let me start with, I have a service animal! I have the paperwork for my service animal… I didn’t come here because I wanted to, but because my work truck broke down and my job booked the room (telling this hotel in advance there’s a service dog.) As soon as we attempt to check in we were abruptly told that they do not accept animals in their establishment… although he is a service dog. After a rude discussion, with the woman working the front desk, they said the only way that they would take him is by deposit being taken for the room. I have this animal because I need him for my health, this is blatant discrimination against my health and my animal. On top of that the bed feels like something that you would find in a dumpster and the staff were grotesquely rude to us. They do not leave the boiler on so you do have hot showers when you need it. They only turn it on a few times a week… I do not recommend this place! The only reason why I gave them one star is because I had to put something in the space. Find somewhere else to stay if you want to be treated with any respect.
