      I’ve been a customer of Northwest Hardware for over 30 years. I have exclusively purchased ***** products from them for my contracting / landscaping / mowing business. I’m sad to say after the issues with my ** *** ***** pressure washer over the past year I will no longer do business with Northwest Ace Hardware. Their service techs are incompetent and are not customer friendly at all. They are quick to blame the customer for equipment and workmanship failures. They do not stand behind their work at all. This past experience has been so bad I’m thinking of changing all my equipment from ***** to ****. I would warn and encourage everyone not to buy your ***** products at Northwest Ace Hardware or have your current equipment serviced there. They are very eager to replace units and major parts as opposed to knowing how to repair them effectively. I regret every dollar of the thousands of dollars I’ve spent with them.
