    Had $1500 on a new log set. They went out in the middle of the ice storm and another snow coming in. The logs were our only heat source as heat pump went out. They refused to send out a repairman and said they would not come to repair them till February...today is January 10. The logs are 2 weeks old!!

    The customer had their logs installed on December 6, 2024. She called on January 9, 2024 for a service appointment. She called again on January 10, 2024 to ask if we were coming out today. Our scheduler informed her that we did not have any service techs available on that day and that we were booked out until February. However, we would get her scheduled as possible. We have one of our techs going out this morning. January 13, 2025, to get them started for her and to show her how to get them running should they go out again.

    I called Dixie Products this AM , got a call back within an hour and a service man came out this morning! Conner is his name and he was sure it was only the sensor "eyes". Did a little tweaking and wallah! It works! All I had to pay was for the service call! When you need a company who works for YOU and does only what's needed and NOT try to sell you things you don't need; and WILL come out to help you; Dixie Products is the company to call!

    This store claims to be a repair store . That differently isn't true. Anytime you take a repair in there(this time fireplace logs) they refuse to work and repair them claiming they are beyond repair. They will readily sell you new ones. Anything they can't make alot of money on they don't won't your business! This is extremely poor customer service and I will never go back. I will advise anyone not to go there! I'm leaving 1 star because there no way to leave less
