      We called Liberty Tree service for removal of 3 trees and ***** grinding. They came out and quoted that day. They removed the trees, but said that they would be back the next day or the day after with the ***** grinding equipment. Unfortunately they were paid in full for the job that day. They were informed prior to the beginning the work that this had to be completed prior to us starting on an addition to take care of our parents, one of which is disabled and the other has terminal cancer. After 3 months of consistent follow up and multiple promises they would come back out they did not complete the work. They were also informed when we finally had to have the stumps finished by a third party and did nothing. Now we have the additional bill for the work they were already paid to complete just to take care of our ill parents.

      I would definitely use them again. The estimate was great compared to others. The crew was excellent. A fence, a shed, large rhododendron, many azaleas, and power lines were of great concern, but they safely brought down each branch and section using nothing more than ropes and good judgment.I did become concerned after they were a no-show one day and reading negative reviews about clean-up. Also a no-show for my neighbor whose huge tree came down before mine. He called many, many times and I emailed. On Friday within the same week, they returned and cleaned up my yard beautifully and finished with his tree. I gave only 4 stars because ******************** spooked me with a no-show. With no written contract, a handshake deal should be honored. In the end, it was, but I would recommend holding back at least 1/3 of payment until then.
